2. Exceptional Conditions for Refunds

SoftHive will evaluate and process a refund or replacement strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: The payment was successfully processed, but the system failed to deliver the digital code or link to your account dashboard.
  • Defective Product Code: The digital key or activation code was proven to be invalid, expired, or already redeemed prior to the exact time of purchase on SoftHive.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will not be granted under any circumstances for:

  • Accidental Purchases: Buying the wrong game title, selecting the wrong platform, or purchasing the incorrect regional version.
  • System Incompatibility: The software or game fails to run because your computer hardware or operating system does not meet the developer’s minimum system requirements.
  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want or need the product after the digital key has been revealed or accessed.

4. Dispute Resolution Process

  • Customers must initiate a support claim through the official contact channels on SoftHive within the designated timeframe specified on the platform.
  • Claims for defective codes must include unedited, full-screen screenshots showing the error message and the platform account details.
  • SoftHive will investigate the validity of the key with its authorized distributors. This internal review process may take several business days.
